Strength - Cross-country skiing - Bodyweight Circuit

Grab this bodyweight strength program and get really strong this summer!

This is a bodyweight-only strengthening program for cross country skiers.

You can do this program at home or outside. The program is set up as a circuit but you can also add a short break after each exercise.

This program also includes progression and regression options so you can alter the exercises once they get too easy, or change them a little easier at the beginning of the program.

An old saying goes: "Skiers are made in the summer" so get your summer strengthening program today and be prepared to crush your skiing goals next winter! 

How does it all work?   

Once the payment has been processed, you will receive your log-in to the our strength training app- account where your training plan and diary will live.

Make sure to use your best email address as your account will be set up with that email. In the app, you will find professional video instructions, an option to print out your program for future use, and a tracking sheet as well.

Support 

This is a "self-coached" plan, meaning that I will not be coaching you and commenting on your training, however, you will have access to me via email and/or our private Facebook group, where you can ask questions, and share your wins and struggles! Once you purchase the plan, you can request access to the FB group.
