Start your Triathlon Training Year Right!

build a solid foundation for the rest of your training, learn to properly move and take care of your core strength. This foundation program focuses on full-body movements strengthening muscles you use in swim-bike-run. You can do this in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment that you probably already have! 

This is a triathlete's foundation strength program. Ideally, this program is repeated 2-3 times a week for 4-6 weeks. If you are new to strength training or coming back from a break, this is where you will start before moving on to the next strength training phase. The program includes instructions and videos to explain exactly how to do the exercises.
